Steps To Reconnect Tablet

1. First Check to see if any ‘Unsynced Changes’ are present.

Click the Hamburger symbol in the upper left of the MPro Home Screen.

Select ‘Unsynced Changes’.

If there are “Unsynced Changes’ then go to step #2.

 

     2. Check for a Strong 4G-LTE Signal.

If your signal is lost or weak wait until you can reconnect to a strong signal.

The Tablet ill store information and will attempt to resend once it can reconnect to a strong 4G-LTE Signal.

 

If the Tablet fails to properly send data after reconnecting to a strong 4G-LTE signal then follow the steps below 1 at a time until the Tablet can send data.

 

     1. Re-Sync

Click the Hamburger symbol in the upper left of the MPro home screen.

Select ‘Sync Now’. This will force the Tablet to attempt a Re-Sync.

 

     2. Reboot The Tablet

Press and hold the ON/OFF button.

Select ‘Power Off and Restart’.

Rebooting the Tablet will restart all of the onboard applications.

 

     3. Re-Set

Click the Hamburger symbol in the upper left of the MPro home screen.

Select ‘My Profile’.

Select the ‘Reset’ symbol which is an arrow circling.

You will see a Popup warning that the device will Reset the Client Profile.

Click OK.

This option will clear any Offline changes and re-sync with the FP Server.

  • Recently made changes to the Tablet may be lost and need to be performed again.
